Cancellation Policy

 

Customer Responsibility
In the event that you would like to cancel any of the services you have with Innovative Internet Solutions you the customer is responsible to provide Innovative Internet Solutions with a written cancellation letter on company letterhead and signed by an officer of the company 30 days prior to the requested cancellation date.

This policy was put into place to protect against accidental or unautorized canellation of services. With many of our services there is no mechanism for us to know that you are no longer using our services unless we are notifed, therefore we will continue to deliver such services until that notification is received as well as conftinue to bill you for said services.
